How does the booking process work?
Booking is simple! Submit an inquiry with your preferred date, location, and package, and we'll confirm availability within 24–48 hours. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll take care of every detail so you can simply arrive and enjoy your luxury beach picnic..

Where do you offer picnics?
We proudly serve Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and surrounding areas along Florida's Emerald Coast. If you have another location in mind, just ask—we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Does it have to be at the beach?
Not at all! While our signature experiences are inspired by the beach, we offer fully styled luxury picnics in a variety of locations.
We can also set up in:
• Backyards
• Parks
• Private properties
• Vacation rentals (Airbnbs)
• And other special locations upon request
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Because beach weather can be unpredictable, we'll monitor the forecast leading up to your reservation. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll work with you to reschedule your picnic or discuss available options so your experience is just as special.
how far in advance should i book?
Weekend dates and sunsets fill quickly, especially during spring and summer. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, though we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Can i bring my own food and drinks?
Of course! You're welcome to bring your favorite food and beverages. You can also enhance your experience with one of our delicious add-ons.
Can you decorate for birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, or other special occasions?
Yes! We love celebrating life's special moments. Whether it's a proposal, anniversary, birthday, girls' getaway, baby shower, or just because, we'll create a beautifully styled picnic designed specifically for your occasion.
Do you set everything up and clean everything up?
Yes! We handle the entire setup before you arrive and return afterward to take everything down. All you have to do is show up, relax, and enjoy your experience.
Are pets welcome?
Absolutely! Well-behaved furry friends are welcome at many of our picnic locations. Let us know ahead of time so we can recommend the best pet-friendly beach or park.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. a $50 deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due the day before your event. We take payment via invoice link or zelle..
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! Please tell us in advance what your dietary restrictions are and we will accommodate the best we can.
How do we know where to go?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will select and reserve the best available beach access based on your date, group size, and conditions to ensure the most beautiful and comfortable setup.
On the day of your picnic, our team arrives approximately one hour early to complete your full setup. Once everything is in place, we will send you a text message with an exact pin location so you know precisely where to go on the beach.
All you have to do is follow the pin, walk up, and enjoy your fully prepared luxury picnic experience waiting for you.
